MM Therapy Presents: HOPE WORKS
At MM Therapy, we want to help all of our clients heal, grow, and rebuild. That’s why we created our newest program, HOPE WORKS. This program was designed to help those impacted by the justice system and struggling with a substance use disorder reintegrate into society and recover.
What is HOPE WORKS?
HOPE WORKS — which stands for Healing, Opportunity, Purpose, and Empowerment — is a trauma-informed, person-centered program launched in collaboration with Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDDH).
We offer these services to adults living in Providence County, Rhode Island. Our mission is to provide emotional healing, tools for successful recovery, and hope for the future.
What We Offer
HOPE WORKS offers wraparound support that includes:
Behavioral Health Screenings & Counseling: Individual and group therapy, trauma and addiction recovery, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder support.
Medical Health Screenings
Primary care and MAT referrals, chronic condition management, and preventive health planning.
Wraparound Support
Housing stabilization, employment readiness, job placement referrals, case management, and peer support.
Social & Community Connection
Family reunification, community reintegration, and optional faith-based recovery support.
How to Get Started
HOPE WORKS is free to eligible individuals with justice involvement and a diagnosed substance use disorder. We are now accepting participants in Providence County.
