What is Child Therapy?

Child therapy is a form of counseling that helps children understand and navigate their emotions. Making sure children know that their feelings are valid and providing them with skills to communicate in appropriate ways is important. We support children who may have anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, family changes, etc. Child therapy helps young clients build emotional awareness, improve coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self.

How  MM Therapy Offers Child Therapy:

We can assure you that we provide a warm, welcoming, and child-friendly environment where kids feel safe and seen. Our therapists are trained in child development and use evidence-based care to meet each child where they are emotionally.

We also work closely with parents and caregivers, where we offer support and guidance to help families better understand and respond to their child’s needs.
